NWC Names Parkview Community Hospital as 2015 Clinical Partner in Success
Award Highlights Mutual Commitment to Equipping Future Health Care Professionals
WEST COVINA, Calif.—North-West College (NWC) recently honored Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center with the 2015 Clinical Partner in Success Award, one of two prestigious distinctions given to the College’s clinical partners. The recognition underscores the ongoing clinical partnership between the College and Parkview Community, located in Riverside, Calif.
“We are honored to receive this award and are grateful for the opportunity to work with North-West College to train students for success,” said Steve Popkin, CEO of Parkview Community Hospital.
As a clinical partner, Parkview Community provides hands-on learning opportunities for NWC students during the clinical portion of their programs. In turn, hospital staff can access a variety of training and short-term programs through NWC—all designed to keep them on the leading edge of technological advancements and health care industry standards.
Success Education Colleges (SEC) President Mitchell Fuerst will present the award to Parkview Community Hospital at North-West College’s annual holiday luncheon and award ceremony, to be held Friday, December 11th at 1 p.m. at the Pacific Palms Resort in the City of Industry, Calif.
