Marsha Fuerst School of Nursing to Launch RN Program at Nevada Career Institute
Program Answers Increasing Demand for Well-Trained Nurses in the Health Care Field
LAS VEGAS, Nevada—The Nevada State Board of Nursing (NSBN) recently granted approval for Nevada Career Institute’s (NCI) Marsha Fuerst School of Nursing (MFSON) to bring its highly acclaimed Associate of Arts in Nursing (RN) program to NCI. Designed for individuals interested in becoming Registered Nurses, the two-year program incorporates rigorous classroom curriculum with relevant hands-on clinical experience.
“We are excited to expand our offerings by bringing this dynamic RN program to NCI,” Nevada Career Institute Chief Operating Officer Beylor Meza shared. “To date, this program has yielded an impressive NCLEX-RN exam pass rate throughout our family of health care colleges—which means graduates are finishing their studies equipped to hit the ground running in the nursing field.”
The Marsha Fuerst School of Nursing at Nevada Career Institute is committed to being a leader in nursing education in the State of Nevada. Students will learn from dedicated faculty in a dynamic learning environment—with the goal of training them to succeed in a rapidly evolving health care field.
“The need for well-qualified nurses is greater than ever,” Meza explained. “Bringing our RN program to NCI is another way the Marsha Fuerst School of Nursing continues to do its part to answer that growing demand for nurses. We have no doubt these individuals will go on to make a remarkable impact on the lives of the patients and communities they serve.”
