WEST COVINA, Calif.—On Thursday, July 23 at 4 p.m. (PST), North-West College (NWC) will host another SUCCESS Talk with Mindset Coach and Relationship Expert Rachel Friend. Committed to helping others harness the power of their own perceptions, Rachel will focus on how we can find joy as we navigate these uncertain times.
“We are excited for our Students, Team Members, and guests to have the opportunity to come together on Zoom to hear from Rachel Friend,” shared NWC President Mitchell Fuerst. “These past few months have been incredibly challenging, and I know we will all come away from this event inspired and with a renewed perspective.”
With a master’s degree in Human Communication, Rachel has taught her methodology in the university setting and has made it her mission to help others find joy on the journey of life. She aims to equip others with the tools to SHIFT their mindset and experience the life-changing effect it can have for individuals at every stage of life. During her SUCCESS Talk, she also plans to hone in on the importance of practicing self-care during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Thursday’s SUCCESS Talk marks what continues to be a series of informative conversations from North-West College featuring health care thought leaders, ranging from celebrity doctors to hospital CEOs and others.
“Our goal with these SUCCESS Talks is to continue to grow our Students’ and Team Members’ knowledge of the health care field while also offering support and encouragement during these unprecedented times,” explained Fuerst. “It’s yet another way North-West College is investing in our Students and Team Members.”
